Six Pack Abs | Do crunches slowly and blast those abs

Speed kills.

The same applies to abs. If you want to see good results the you should take your time while doing reps.

The slower you move your abdomen area, less momentum and the more your abs are targetted.

There are two parts of an ab crunch.

1. Up phase (+)
2. Down phase (-)

When you do the down phase ... do it slowly. Moving slowly on the down phase will chisel your abs. Forget quantity of repititions, but rather focus on quality of reps.

Focus on form and doing it correctly. Don't look how much Dick and Jane are doing, but do it controlled and for yourself. More does not always bring positive results.
